Long time customer here. We’ve been coming since the opening. It took some time but we perfected our ordered a couple of years ago. But for the past 3 weeks, the tea has been off. I’ve thrown away 3 gallons after only a couple of cups. Ryan Palmer is not lemony anymore, the mint is weak on the mint. Got my fourth gallon of half Ryan Palmer, half unsweet mint today, still lacking in all flavors. Super disappointing :(

We chose to serve HteaO at our large volunteer appreciation event. They were amazing to work with! We ordered 60 gallons. They met me at 7:30am Sunday morning when they don’t open until 11am. They helped load my car with 6 10-gallon igloos filled with tea and two giant ice chests that they filled with their amazing pellet ice. The people loved it and the whole experience was awesome. Highly recommend!!

I've been going to HTeaO for many years and this was my first time going to the South Austin site. The sweet watermelon tasted way off and the tea was dark. Did they mixed other tea flavors when made or put the strawberry passion flavor in the wrong spot?

Had a quick chai latte while on the way to dripping springs. Quick service. Helpful staff. Has wide parking space with accessibility options. Open until evening only. Lot of travel accessories like cooler box available. Have a nice coffee while in here

Very refreshing drinks! You can blend and mix any kind of tea flavors! With some cold fresh fruit! Please come through if you’re looking for a nice refreshment!
